A. FEES IN ADVANCE
a.1. You will need to deposit $400 inclusive/exclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as payment in advance to our company’s client account to secure your booking (the invoice will be sent to you after you click YES). The payment you made in advance will be kept in the company’s client account and then withdrawn after the agreed-upon services have been completed. The amount paid in advance and any applicable repeat-business discount of up to 20% will be deducted from the Quote you will receive should you decide to avail of our immigration services to assist you with your immigration matters. You will receive a Pro Forma invoice after you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Initial Consultation.
a.2. We collect the Initial Consultation (IC) fee in advance to cover the one-hour consultation session due within 48 hours from the issuance of the Pro Forma invoice to secure your appointment. The fees in advance will be held in the company’s client’s account, which will be transferred to our practice account after the agreed-upon services have been completed.
B. INCLUSION OF FEES
b.1. The first hour of consultation.
b.2. A comprehensive assessment of your immigration matters through the issuance of a letter of advice within 14 business days, depending on the urgency of your visa status.
b.3. Review of your immigration-related documents and information we have collected from you.
C. EXCLUSION OF FEES
c.1. If the consultation exceeds 15 minutes beyond the first hour, you will incur NZD$6 per minute. You will be invoiced separately, due within 7 days from the invoice date.
c.2. The fee excludes 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) if the visa applicant is based offshore (outside New Zealand) and includes GST otherwise when residing in New Zealand.
c.3. Any follow-up virtual consultation relating to the concerns discussed in the initial consultation and any topic that may arise thereafter.
c.4. Representation or assistance with your immigration matters to Immigration New Zealand and other stakeholders.
D. PENALTIES AND REFUNDS
d.1. A non-notification and non-appearance within 24 hours of the consultation commencing will incur a penalty of NZD$200.
d.2. The balance of the payment in advance less NZD$200 penalties incurred will be refunded to the client’s account.
d.3. In case of a change of mind, within 24 hours of the consultation commencing, it will incur a penalty of NZD$200. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued to those who change their minds at least 72 hours before the consultation commences.
E. RESCHEDULING
e.1. Rescheduling should be made within 24 hours of the consultation commencing and subject to the earliest available appointment on our online booking system. There is no guarantee of the availability of the same immigration adviser previously selected.
F. INTERESTS AND RECOVERY COSTS ON UNPAID ACCOUNTS
f.1. On accounts more than 7 days overdue, we reserve the right to charge 13.90% per annum interest (accruing daily from the date invoiced until paid in full).
f.2. If the Clients default on payment, they are liable to pay any recoverable collection costs (RCC) associated with collecting payment by a Debt Collection Agency we elect to act on our behalf.
G. AVAILING OF OUR REPRESENTATION OR ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR IMMIGRATION MATTERS
g.1. Should you decide to sign a Service Agreement with us to assist you with your immigration matters, the Initial Consultation and the issuance of a Letter of Advice fees paid will be deducted from the Quote you will receive from us. We will only provide you a Quote upon your request by emailing us at info@dumlao.co.nz.
